What happens when you send an issue?

By providing a centralized platform, users and managers can understand and prioritize the problems in the projects and the labs, allowing for faster resolution of issues.

To create engagement and a digital meeting place, the database is integrated with Microsoft Teams where all architects at A-lab can comment and contribute to problem-solving.

And we use Power BI to aggregate and visualize the data, showing critical metrics in a single dashboard, enabling us to monitor and examine A-lab’s performance at a glance.

With these insights, we can make informed allocation of support resources, prioritize development of new plug-ins and offer tailor-made training, increasing our agility to adapt or optimize our BIM workflows.
