Roles

The tasks related to the digital framework in a project are important and require responsibility from every team member. The frequency and assigment needs to be discussed during the oppstartsmøte.

Project Leader:

  • Organize the project's BIM onboarding meeting (internal ARK).

  • Clarify the BIM requirements and deliveries with the client (supported by BIM manager).

  • Provide the schedule of project deliveries and milestones.

  • Provide the schedule of interdisciplinary coordination.

  • Assess risks and deviatoins from the BIM manual (the BIM manager reports risks based on agreed quality / time / costs) . Delegate rectification within the ARK team accordinly.

Arkitekt:

  • Create / Edit architectural model according to BIM requirements.

  • Add / Update necesary undelay from other disciplines.

  • Use of BCF reports to correct deviations reported in the crash controls <=> collaborate w\ BIM responsible

BIM responsible:

  • Run scheduled routines of model quality assurance <=> collaboration w\ BIM manager.

  • Participate in the interdisciplinary coordination and BIM meetings <=> distribute the information to the architects, inform the BIM manager of any changes in routines and delegate within the team the neccesary re-modelling based on the results from crash controls.

  • Assign the MMI to all objects in the model according to the project plan.

BIM manager:

  • Evaluate and analyze the BIM requirement from the client in collaboration with the project leader. Participate in BIM meetings when necessary.

  • Provide a clear framework on how to create and maintain consistent and reliable BIM data.

  • Provide training if neccesary.

  • Define the LOD and LOIN based on the BEP

  • Set-up the project coordinates, create the Revit Central File from the template, implement ACC cloud solution when required, create the project P_sets and establish all routines for Revit and IFC deliveries.

  • Set-up / maintain project specific routines for quality assurance (AnkerDB).

  • Run quality assurance routine in connection with important milestones and report deviations from the BEP to the project leader.

  • Set-up parameter population.

  • Provide guidance on how to use and manage the content from the library and template (Kinship)
