BEP

BIM Execution Plans (BEP) is a document that defines the purposes of using BIM in a project through the building life cycle (BLC). Is based on EN ISO 19650 standard.

Based on the BEP, it is possible to estimate and calculate the necessary effort for data creation in the project.

BIM Gjennomføringsplan

The BIM Gjennomføringsplan specifies how the created BIM models will be used.

It must be agreed between ARK and the client upon a case-by-case basis.

BIM Manual

Is a document that is provided by the client (bygherre eller entreprenør) that defines how the exact data will delivered to design & construct the asset. It should be based on the BIM Gjennomføringsplan.

Is normally divide in the following chapters:

  1. Innledning, BIM-formål

  2. Roller og ansvar

  3. Tverrfaglig samhandling

  4. Nullpunkt og kartsystem

  5. Navngivning av modeller og tegninger

  6. Bygningsinndeling, etasjehøyder og akser

  7. Modelloversikt og filutvekslingsrutiner

  8. Leveranser og filformat

  9. Kvalitetssikring, generell og tverrfaglig

  10. MMI-nivåer

  11. Leveransebeskrivelser

  12. Objektegenskaper

  13. Plattformer og verktøy
