1) Creating your panoramics

First thing you'll need to create panoramics, this can be made in programs such as Lumion, Enscape & 3Ds Max. Only thing to remember is that they have to be spherical, look image below.

2) Upload files to Sentio

Now press projects & then create a new project. Give it a name and press Save, then you'll start uploading one or several panoramics.

If you have several panoramics the next step would be to organize them in the right order. To do this you'll simply drag the images in between eachother in order to get them right.

Once you're done you press Next & let Sentio publish them.

Now you'll see a preview of your panoramics, in this step you can also add several things to your photos such as Hotspots, sound, videos and much more.

Next step is to press Save tour then give it a name and press Finish.

3) How to use them?

Once you've uploaded your panoramics there's different ways in using them. Either you can share a web link or look at them in a VR-Headset.

If we navigate back to Projects we can hover over our project and press 360 tours, once we hover over it again we'll now get three options.

View in web - this will open up a link to your panoramics, this link can be opened by anyone so it's perfect to share with clients.

View in VR Devices - this will give you a 6-digit code that both you and the client will use in order to access the project. The app for Sentio is installed within our VR-Headsets.

Launch meeting - this option will give you the possibility to launch a virtual meeting within the panoramics. This can be done either through a web link or inside the VR Headsets. Whatever you choose you'll be provided two different links/codes. The first link/code is a link you'll use in order to start the meeting so lets say your meeting starts 14:00, you'll then need to press this link a bit before that in order to start the meeting. The first person who enters this will be required to type in the password, this is provided in the same box.

4) How to launch Sentio in the VR-Headset

Inside the VR-room you'll find two Oculus Quest 2 which are the white ones.

On the right side of the headset you'll find the power button. Hold in to start the headset.

Once the headset has started you'll be seing the home menu. In the bar in front of you you'll find a rectangle with small circles within it. Looks like this.

Once you press that with your index finger you'll see the Sentio App in the top left corner. Press it once again with your index finger.

The homescreen of Sentio will let you enter the 6 digit code of your project.
